Our Story

The store was launched in 2016, we worked hard to convert the Tillions building into a gift shop while trying to keep the charm and character of this treasured establishment.

  • The Conversion

    2016

    It took 2 months to create the storefront you see now and a lot of late nights/early morning coffees. We wanted to be in keeping with the history of the building, while putting our own stamp on the premises.

  • Doors Open

    2016

    We first opened our doors 5 years ago and were absolutely delighted by the response of the town and really excited to be a part of the community.

  • New Recruit

    2017

    Having worked hard to perfect the store, we got a new recruit to help watch over the place.

  • Growing our store

    2018-2020

    We are always looking to improve our range and seek the best of local artisans, UK suppliers and those further afield.

  • Introducing Collectable

    2021

    We've now introduced a new lighting & lifestyle store below the Strawberry Blue shop.

We offer Free Postage on all our items - no minimum spend!

Interior Design Service

Bring in your room photos/swatches and we'll make sure you get the perfect product to compliment your interior. We have been been known to make the occasional house visit if you're really stuck.

Whatever the celebration, wedding or civil partnership to a big birthday, creating a Gift List from our huge choice of unique and interesting items is both exciting and effortless.
